I was so excited when my friend asked me to take some shots of her in different LuLaRoe outfits for her business! Kim sells LuLaRoe and travels to pop ups (a.k.a. in person boutiques) in the Bulverde, Boerne, and San Antonio areas. You can check out her webpage here.

We photographed in a grassy field in my neighborhood (which has been vacant for years!) and what do you know, they bulldozed down this gorgeous treeline a week after we took these photos. It is such a shame because it was a really beautiful place! Oh well, make room for more houses, right?! All in the name of progress!

Kim has always been such a natural in front of the camera and it was so much fun photographing her! Also, can y’all tell it was windy?? I think the wind helped us out a bit this time, haha

Hazel and Conner are MARRIED and I’m so excited that I can finally share all of Hazel’s gorgeous bridal images! Hey, you, photography clients…if you are ever wondering if it is worth it to include a bridal session in your wedding photography package the answer is YESSSS!!! Who wouldn’t want to dress up in their wedding gown for a day and test drive your wedding day hair and make-up? Plus, I gotta say…I really love bridal sessions! It’s so fun to spend a little extra time making the bride feel special!

We photographed Hazel’s bridal session at Eagle Dancer Ranch in Sisterdale, Texas. This place was absolutely gorgeous and so serene! What does a stunning venue + an even more stunning bride equal? Perfect bridal photos! Win, win!!

Hazel is one of the most bubbly and kind brides I have ever met. She was so laid back during our photo sessions and she always had a positive attitude about everything! A photographer’s dream! Also, I kind of extra adore her because she loves animals, hiking, and Harry Potter! Girl after my own heart!

Congratulations, Hazel and Conner! I can’t wait to share your wedding photos!

I could write the sappiest blog post about this girl, but I won’t embarrass her! This is my best friend’s little sister, y’all! And she’s a SENIOR! I still can’t wrap my mind around it. Hannah, Kristen, her mom, and I had a great evening photographing in downtown Huntsville and on SHSU campus. Hannah, I know you have A LOT of options for college and I pray for guidance for you as you make your decision! I can’t wait to see how you will grow over the next few years. Thank you for being the best little sister I never had!

Hannah is also involved in cosmetology!

Also, Hannah was game for my first time using off camera flash for night time portraits. You da best!!

Arwen is officially a two year old and she seems pretty excited about it! It is such an amazing honor to have grown up with her mother; then, to photograph her maternity, newborn, 1st birthday and now 2nd birthday. Don’t mind me as I get a little teary eyed over the thought! I love you guys!

Y’all might recognize this beautiful gal from our princess photo shoot a couple years ago; she modeled as Sleeping Beauty! You can check it out here. I was so excited when Melissa and Ashley came back to me for Ashley’s senior session. Ashley is so easy to photograph, but not because she’s gorgeous (even though she is, duh!). Ashley has such a fun personality! She had her mom and me cracking up the entire time! I also love how Ashley has a positive outlook about everything; even when the “17” balloons kept blowing around her face in the wind while we were trying to snap that perfect shot. She just laughed it off! Ashley’s playful spirit shines through in her images and that made it so easy to photograph her.

Ashley is a part of so many organizations! She ran track and cross country, is a member of the National Honor Society, and a member in Yearbook. She also loves art- hence, the last few photos of this post (girl after my own heart). Ashley is so excited to graduate and attend college! Congratulations, Ashley! May God give you strength and courage in the next adventure of your life!
