Victoria and her mom were so kind to come all the way to Huntsville from Katy for her senior session. We started in downtown Huntsville, then stopped at a little park on our way to a grassy field. We had a fun time fighting the wind (even though the wind played a large role in many of Victoria’s fantastic hair shots!) and exploring new places. Victoria has such fantastic style and her fun personality really shone through! Her black mustang is her pride and joy, so we included it in many of the shots. Of course, I couldn’t resist putting a vintage wash on some of her car shots (what could be better??). It was such a pleasure to meet Victoria and her mom and spend the afternoon in gorgeous weather with them. Congratulations, Victoria! Good luck on your next adventure!

Meet Kyle, Heather, and Lily! We have known Kyle and Heather for many years now, and we truly love this family! We were stationed together in Georgia and are now stationed together in Texas. I remember when these two told us they were adding a third member to their family. Now, Lily is two years old- going on three! We spent this session in a little field of flowers outside our apartment complex. And…we ALL were eaten up by chiggers. I think these shots were worth it though! Check out Heather’s maternity session here: http://blog.breannathompsonphotography.com/2014/01/05/maternity-kyle-heather-lily/

Jessica’s bridals were timed perfectly during the middle of bluebonnet season; not to mention, the day was perfectly gorgeous. The beautiful day paired well with the more beautiful bride! Her lace dress and lace trimmed veil was stunning! We spent some time in College Station at the Equine Facility for A&M, then explored the administration building on campus, and finally wrapped it up in a gorgeous field of bluebonnets.

I had a great time exploring Dublin, Texas with these two! This session was the first time I photographed in the morning. We started at 7 A.M. with a fear that it was going to pour on us, but thankfully, the sun came out after an hour. They also brought their sweet dogs, Emma and Bella. We started at Cole’s family farm, then checked out an old schoolhouse, and a bridge. I can’t wait for their wedding on May 17th!

It was a “picture perfect” day for Dixie’s senior session! We started out on campus at Sam Houston State University, then spent some time around Sam Houston’s house, took a little visit to the indoor arena to play with Georgia, and finally, spent some time in a field of bluebonnets. The most comic moment of the session was probably when Georgia decided she didn’t want to take photos anymore and took off. Luckily, we rounded her up before she could get too far!

Don’t be fooled! Dixie is not graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University, but is earning her master’s in Agriculture Sciences! Congratulations, Dixie!
